This is green-business, a free, fully standards-compliant CSS template designed by Free CSS Templates. It was then powered by the Core version of ExpressionEngine.

Free Templates are nice because they give you a basic design or concept that can be manipulated to your liking. After a template has been “tweeked’ to your specs, it can be duplicated throughout your site for consistency, and with Embedded Templates, you’ll only need to make changes to common elements in one place with nothing more complex than an email form.
